We are looking the candidate who are experienced in Voice Process for medical billing in US Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound patients and/or any other calls of the practice and answering them i.e.
Appointment
Scheduling, re-scheduling or cancellation, prescription/lab and billing related questions and any other concerns.
Outbound calls to patients and/insurance.
Handle outbound calls to resolve patient billing issues.
Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards with 99% attendance of all calls on the same day or within 1 working hour of call back time.
Solid knowledge in patient calling
Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims
Work cohesively in a team setting, Assist team members to achieve shared goals
Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors/Physician for claim status
