We are looking for detail-oriented BIM Modelers/Engineers to create and manage 3D models for building projects. You will work with project teams to develop coordinated models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy across Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines
Key ResponsibilitiesModel
Creation: Develop 3D BIM models in Revit for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems based on 2D drawings, sketches, and project specs
Coordination: Perform clash detection using Navisworks/Interference Check and resolve conflicts with other disciplines
Drawings & Documentation: Generate shop drawings, GFC drawings, sections, and schedules from BIM models as per project standards.
Standards Compliance: Follow company BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client naming conventions.
AutoCAD Support: Prepare and clean 2D CAD drawings, convert CAD to Revit, and assist in drafting tasks when required.Quantity
Take-off: Extract basic quantities from models for BOQ preparation.
Updates & Revisions: Revise models/drawings based on RFIs, site inputs, and design changes.
Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and project managers via BIM 360/ACC to meet deadlines.
