Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Explain the company's services and offerings clearly and effectively.
Follow up with interested customers and leads.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer data regularly.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and performance targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.
Preferred candidate profile
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, positive, and qualified attitude.
Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer interaction.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience will be preferred.
