Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for social media, promotional campaigns, educational programs, events, and other institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and shoot high-quality videos for social media, promotional activities, courses, events, and institutional campaigns.
basic knowledge about handling camera, lighting, audio, and other video-production equipment.
Record interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, educational content, reels, and event coverage.
Edit raw footage into engaging and qualified videos suitable for different platforms.
Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.
Add appropriate music, graphics, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, and visual effects.
Ensure videos follow the organization's branding and communication guidelines.
Coordinate with the marketing, admission, academic, and other teams to understand content requirements.




Develop creative concepts and suggest current video-content ideas based on current social media trends.
Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media assets.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned video projects.
Repurpose existing video content into different formats for various digital platforms.
Assist in photography and event coverage whenever required.
Keep up to date with current video-editing techniques, social media trends, and content formats.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of skilled video shooting and editing.
Proficiency in video-editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.

Educational Qualification
Degree/Diploma/Certification in Film Making, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
