We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to manage our Tirupati branch and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for branch operations, sales performance, client acquisition, team management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team.
Drive acquisition of current clients and increase branch business.
Generate revenue through equity, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business and revenue targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members when required.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments for operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements,



and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and review branch MIS, sales reports, and business performance.

Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA preferred.
35 years of relevant experience in Stock Broking / Financial Services / BFSI.
Candidates with existing client relationships and local market knowledge will be preferred.

Should be target-oriented and capable of independently managing a branch.
