Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing client portfolios, providing advisory support, and driving revenue through equity, derivatives, and other financial products. The role focuses on building solid client relationships, activating current clients, retaining existing ones, and cross-selling investment solutions such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, and AIFs. The Advisor will also collaborate with the franchisee and HO Advisory team to ensure service excellence, compliance, and market-informed recommendations.

Key Deliverables
Advise Ultra HNI clients on equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity markets and manage high-value client portfolios.
Understand client financial goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite to provide customized, research-backed strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Business Associates (BAs), supporting them in client activation and revenue growth.
Identify market opportunities, execute high-value trades, and develop strategic option portfolios for eligible clients.
Provide timely market insights, risk-management strategies, and actionable investment recommendations.




Advise clients on products including Mutual Funds, PMS, IAP, and Insurance to drive portfolio diversification and wallet share.
Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to client retention, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
Proactively identify and report operational or compliance risks while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
