Key Requirement:
Candidates must be comfortable with Pan-India relocation.
The job location can be anywhere across India, including Jaipur, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, or other locations, based on business requirements.
Candidates should be willing to relocate and work at any location assigned by the organization.
Candidates interested in building a career in the Waste Management & Recycling industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and supervise door-to-door waste collection activities.
Coordinate with drivers and field workers for waste collection and transportation.
Coordinate loading/unloading activities with drivers and workers.
Guide and supervise workers at recycling/plant locations.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day field and waste management operations.
Maintain coordination and operational discipline across assigned locations.
Compensation:
Intern/Fresher Role: 15,000 – 20,000/month
Full time Role: 20,000 – 30,000/month
