Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly ISP Customer Support & Technician Coordinator to handle customer fault calls, coordinate with field technicians, and manage basic office/computer work.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive customer calls regarding internet connectivity, speed and other service-related issues.
Understand and record customer complaints/faults accurately.
Assign customer complaints to the appropriate field technician.
Coordinate with technicians and follow up until the issue is resolved.
Update customers regarding complaint status and technician visits.
Maintain daily records of complaints, technician assignments and resolutions.
Handle basic computer work, data entry and Excel/office-related tasks.
Maintain proper communication between customers, technicians and office management.




Escalate major or unresolved technical issues to the concerned senior/team member.
Perform other routine office and support-related activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication skills and polite behavior with customers.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple customer calls and coordinate with technicians.
Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of internet/Wi-Fi/network issues will be an advantage.
Fresher candidates can also apply if they have valuable communication and basic computer skills.
