Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain tooling for various manufacturing processes such as die making, jig fixture, gauge & fixture, molds, press tools, and die casting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Troubleshoot issues related to tooling design or functionality using problem-solving skills.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tool engineering.
