Role & Responsibilities
Maintain project data, daily reports, attendance and site records.
Prepare BOQ, RA Bills, measurements and material statements in Excel.
Prepare letters, reports, invoices and other project documents.
Maintain soft copies and hard copies of project records.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and office staff.
Assist in tender, billing and maintenance documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
35 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator (Construction Work)
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PDF and Internet.
Knowledge of civil construction billing/BOQ will be an advantage.
Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
Candidates with experience in construction or maintenance projects preferred.
