The role involves building solid relationships with corporate decision-makers, onboarding employees, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring superior service delivery while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

Business Acquisition
Acquire current corporate salary mandates from SMEs, Mid-Corporates, Large Corporates, MNCs, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, and Government-linked organizations.
Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, referrals, networking, and direct sales activities.
Conduct presentations and meetings with HR Heads, CFOs, Finance Controllers, and key decision makers.
Establish Kotak Mahindra Bank as the preferred salary account partner for corporates.

Corporate Relationship Management
Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned corporate accounts.
Develop solid engagement with corporate HR and Finance teams.




Ensure high employee activation and salary account penetration.
Conduct periodic business reviews with corporates.

Employee Banking & Cross-Sell
Drive salary account acquisition among employees of mapped corporates.
Generate revenue through cross-selling:

Home Loans
Auto Loans
Insurance Products
Investment Products
Current & Savings Accounts
Wealth Solutions
Conduct employee engagement activities, salary account camps, webinars, and financial awareness sessions.
