Narayana E-Techno School, Electronic City, is looking for a dynamic and experienced VP / Coordinator (Primary) to lead and manage the pre-primary segment effectively. The ideal candidate should be passionate about childhood education and capable of driving academic excellence while ensuring a nurturing learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary section
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and teaching strategies
Guide and mentor teachers to enhance classroom delivery and student engagement
Monitor student progress and ensure holistic development
Maintain effective communication with parents and address concerns proactively
Ensure compliance with school policies and quality standards
Organize events, activities, and teacher training programs

Eligibility Criteria:




Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Childhood Education
Prior experience in a leadership or coordinator role is preferred
Robust communication, organizational, and leadership skills
