System Maintenance: Directs the Preventive Maintenance of mechanical equipment like boilers, chillers, valves, and pipelines to avoid system downtime.
Team Supervision: Assigns daily tasks, gives technical support, and trains mechanical technicians or contractors.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Inspects malfunctioning machinery, reads technical blueprints or manuals, and guides emergency fixes.
Safety and Compliance: Follows strict safety laws, environmental rules, and plant quality standards.
Inventory Management: Tracks spare parts, tools, and equipment stock levels to ensure rapid repairs.
Department Coordination: Talks with other plant teams to schedule repair work without stopping main operations.
