Operations &
Leadership:

Assist the principal in daily administration, stepping in as head during absences and helping enforce center policies.
Curriculum &
Teaching:

Support teachers in delivering play-based early learning frameworks, conducting classroom observations, and leading staff training.
Student Care &
Safety:

Oversee arrival and departure safety, maintain high standards of child welfare, and handle initial behavioral interventions
Parent Relations: Act as a key point of contact for families, lead orientation sessions, and facilitate parent-teacher communication.

Key Qualifications &
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Educational Leadership.
Experience: 3 to 8 years of classroom teaching and administrative or supervisory experience in the early years sector.
Skills: Solid empathy, communication, patience, organizational skills, and knowledge of child safety regulations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
