Lead and support Workday Recruiting module implementation, configuration and optimization.
Provide expert guidance on Workday Recruiting best practices.
Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
Working experience on candidate purge, Custom report creation experience from moderate to complex level
Configure Offer letter, End to End TA bp s experience for Apply to Ready for Hire
Experience in EIB creations and Loading and Release feature analysis
Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes
Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues
Conduct system, end to end and regression testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects




Provide end user training and develop documentation
Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO

Qualification
6+ years of experience working with Workday Recruitment
Robust understanding of Workday Recruitment configurations, workflows, and reporting.
Experience with Workday security, business processes, and integrations.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
