Qualification:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.
B.Ed. preferred.
Relevant teaching experience in a school setting preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons for students.
Teach drawing, painting, sketching, crafts, and other art techniques.
Encourage creativity, imagination, and individual artistic expression.
Prepare lesson plans, activities, projects, and assessments.
Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
Maintain a secure, creative, and well-organized art classroom.
Assess students’ artistic development and provide constructive feedback.
Integrate art with interdisciplinary learning wherever appropriate.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of visual arts and creative techniques.
Good classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to work with students of different age groups.
Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
Ability to use digital tools and modern art resources is an advantage.
