Role Overview
Lead the video editing team to oversee end-to-end production of high-quality content for brands, social media, advertising, and digital marketing.
Manage a team while balancing creative storytelling, short- and long-form formats, quality control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Team & Project Management: Lead, mentor, and review team performance; allocate projects based on capacity and deadlines; establish effective workflows.
Content Production & Editing: Supervise and edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, promotional content, and corporate videos; handle motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content teams; coordinate with management and stakeholders for requirements and feedback.
Quality & Innovation:



Ensure brand guideline consistency; stay updated on current video trends and AI-powered video tools.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other skilled tools.
Expertise in video storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Experience in short-form social media content and digital advertising trends; familiarity with AI video tools is a plus.
Strong project management, communication, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities.
