Job Summary The Life Insurance Operations specialist is responsible for the execution, management, and field-level verification of core policy lifecycles. This role uniquely combines back-office administration with a mandatory minimum of 30% field operations to conduct physical verifications, resolve complex claims, audit branch sites, and support distribution networks.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Policy Administration
Application Review: Screen recent life insurance applications for missing data, valid signatures, and correct documentation.
Policy Issuance: Process approved applications to officially issue, modify, or renew life insurance contracts.
Lifecycle Management: Handle updates like change of beneficiary, address modifications, policy loans, and policy reinstatements.

Field Operations & Ground Verification
Document Collection: Meet directly with clients or beneficiaries to securely retrieve original medical records, KYC documents, or missing signatures.

Eligibility &

Education Requirements
Education: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) or Master's Degree (Post-Graduation).
Graduation Year: The degree must be successfully completed between the years 2024 and 2026.
