Role & responsibilities
Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and other advertising platforms.
Create and optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and sales.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies.
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Google Ads or Meta certifications are an advantage.
Experience with CRM and lead management platforms is an added advantage.
Experience handling multiple campaigns and advertising budgets.
