Position: Field Application Engineer

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Healthcare IT — PACS / HIMS / LIMS / EHR / Medical Devices
Location: PCMC, Pune
Travel: Domestic travel to hospitals and diagnostic centers
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and training of PACS software at hospitals and diagnostic centers
Customer support and troubleshooting
Coordination with IT Managers, Radiologists and Radiology Technicians
Understanding customer requirements and software change requests
Remote and onsite application support
Required Skills:
Windows OS and software installation
Basic networking knowledge
Basic SQL Server / MySQL knowledge
Positive communication and client-handling skills
BCS / BCA / MCS / MCA / B.E. (IT/Computer) or equivalent
Candidates should be willing to relocate to PCMC and travel as required.
