Warehouse Supervisor
Undertaking all the activities related to inbound and outbound process. (Primary & Secondary)
Picking of stock as per pick list (Batch, MRP, Date of Manufacturing, WMS, Product type, Code and Quality).
To check the stock which has been picked as per the above-mentioned points before dispatch.
Ensuring marking on consignments as per invoice.
To daily monitor inventory record accuracy (IRA)
To maintain records related to sales return.
Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items.
Conducting monthly stock taking.
Vehicle planning for loading to ensure effective and effective utilization of available vehicles.
Compliance to valuable warehousing practices




Follow all warehouse policies and standards operating procedure (SOP).

ERP Operator
Preparation and analysis of monthly and daily MIS reports independently based on information retrieved from SAP / ERP / Oracle / others.
Generating invoice.
GST practical knowledge is must / e-way bill generation.
Tracking sales order
Handling sales return and reporting.
LR & POD acknowledgement tracking / monitoring.
Dispatch tracking
Taking follow up on mails.
Coordination with customers, sales team and Principal Company.
Internal coordination with team.
