Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright.
API Test Automation: Build and execute automated test scripts for RESTful APIs using Playwright's native API capabilities or equivalent libraries (e.g., REST Assured).
API Validation: Validate API endpoints, payload structural integrity, response schemas, status codes, headers, and performance under multi-setting configurations.
UI & E2E Testing: Create cross-browser UI test scenarios to validate user workflows across modern rendering engines (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit)
CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing.
Defect Management: Identify, document, analyze, and track bugs through completion in tracking systems like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Database Validation: Perform backend testing using SQL queries to verify data consistency between the database, UI, and APIs.
AI Tooling Enhancement:



Utilize AI-assisted development tools and up-to-date prompts to optimize test case generation and accelerate framework development.

Required Skills & Qualification
Experience: 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in QA Automation and software testing.
Core Tooling: Expert-level mastery of Playwright for web and API automation workflows.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript (highly preferred), or equivalent scripting expertise in Python or Java.
API Foundations: Deep understanding of REST architecture, HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE), authentication methodologies (OAuth, Bearer Tokens, API keys), and testing tools like Postman.
Version Control: Robust knowledge of Git architecture and workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
QA Methodology: Excellent understanding of Agile testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, test planning, and defect life cycles
