Drive Life Insurance business growth through consistent acquisition and conversion of prospects
Drive end to end business customer identification, lead creation, conversion and issuance
Ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support
Principal Accountabilities

Achieve Targets i.e. Premium and NOP
Generate leads as per targets decided
Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned top line and health parameters
Get the sales process, lead conversion and closure of sale

Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes to maximise business potential.
Communicate any process change or change in any rules and regulations with the help of different training modules
Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blockers

Execute the right method of business acquisition
Scrutinise the business on regular basis and give the relevant information to stakeholders
Achieve Persistency targets as per the company norms so that renewals take place on time
Take corrective actions related to persistency

Desired Candidate Profile and Experience a) 2–5 years of experience in Bancassurance sales (Life Insurance)/open market experience b) Hands on experience in generating business through Partnerships/Self Sourcing/Referrals c) Solid understanding of customer profile d) Generate insurance leads through referrals, branch walkins, customer data mining

Presentable, communication skills with quick check on basic maths.
Aging below 25 & a self-starter.
