We are hiring experienced VKYC Executives to handle customer verification through video calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and have solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) for customers through video calls.
Verify customer details and documents as per process guidelines.
Communicate professionally and assist customers during the verification process.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with VKYC procedures.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
1–5 years of prior Video KYC/VKYC experience required.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Work Details
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant VKYC experience preferred.
Languages Required: English Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
