Roles and Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of banking products such as CASA, CC, OD, TL, WC, SME Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, EEG, Cash Credit, Business Loan etc.
Identify recent business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and acquiring current accounts for the bank.
Develop robust understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
