Job Title: Manager P&L; (Profit & Loss)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented P&L; Manager to oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across business units/projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), P&L; management, financial modelling, and business performance reporting, with the ability to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
P&L; Ownership: Own end-to-end P&L; management, monitor revenue, costs, margins, EBITDA, and profitability. Identify key metrics and improvement opportunities.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis with corrective action plans.
Financial Modelling: Develop models for forecasting, cash flow analysis, and track core metrics (IRR, NPV, EBITDA,ROI).
MIS & Analytics: Prepare CXO-level dashboards, performance reports, and process automation via Excel/Power BI or similar tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to drive business performance, ensuring strict financial governance, compliance and risk monitoring.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA (Finance)



/ CA / CIMA / CFA (Preferred) or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI (preferred), Financial Modelling, and Corporate Finance metrics.
Core Competencies: Robust business acumen, sharp problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in FP&A;, P&L; Management, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Strategy.
Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
Solid exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or P&L; management (preferably in Finance / Real Estate Industry).
High-potential freshers from top-tier business schools are highly encouraged to apply.
An agile problem-solver with solid business acumen, capable of collaborating across teams to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and high-impact presentations for CXO-level decision-making.
