Workspace / Co-Working Manager – Sales & Marketing A Workspace / Co-Working Manager (Sales & Marketing) manages the day-to-day operations of a coworking/flexible workspace while also driving sales, occupancy, client acquisition, and member retention.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the coworking/flexible workspace.
Generate current business through B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and local networking.
Handle enquiries, conduct workspace tours, and convert prospects into members.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, occupancy, and membership targets.
Manage existing clients/members and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop relationships with corporates, startups, SMEs, freelancers, and local businesses.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, networking activities, and promotions.
Manage leads and sales pipeline through CRM/MIS and provide regular reports.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, internet, utilities, etc.
Handle client onboarding, agreements, renewals, billing coordination, and collections follow-up.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and local business opportunities.
Coordinate with central teams such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.




Resolve member concerns and ensure smooth day-to-day workspace experience.

Must-Have Skills
Experience in coworking / commercial real estate / workspace / hospitality / serviced office operations.
Strong sales and business development experience.
Lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and conversion skills.
Customer relationship and account management.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Team/vendor management.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/MIS reporting.
Ability to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
