We are seeking an experienced VMC Supervisor to oversee VMC machining operations, manpower management, production planning, and quality control activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong shop floor management skills and a proven track record of achieving production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily VMC machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Manage machine operators and shop floor manpower effectively.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates.
Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor machine utilization and productivity.




Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
Prepare daily production reports and MIS.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of VMC machining processes.
Experience in manpower handling and production planning.
Understanding of quality control systems and rejection analysis.
Hands-on experience in implementing 5S and Kaizen activities.
Valuable leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven manufacturing workplace.
