We are seeking an experienced VMC Setter responsible for machine setup, tool setting, and process optimization for VMC machining operations. The candidate should be capable of independently setting jobs and ensuring smooth production with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Perform complete VMC machine setting and job changeover activities.
Set tools, fixtures, work offsets, and machining parameters.
Read engineering drawings and process sheets accurately.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure process approval.
Ensure production runs as per quality standards.
Troubleshoot machining and setup-related issues.
Minimize setup time and improve machine productivity.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to safety requirements.

Required Skills




Hands-on experience in VMC machine setup and operation.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
Understanding of quality inspection instruments.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
