Preferred candidate profile education
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
Additional certification in Quality Management is an advantage.

Experience
15 years of experience in production line quality, in-process inspection, or manufacturing quality.
Experience in automotive, engineering, electronics,



or other manufacturing industries is preferred.

Technical Skills
Knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand specifications.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Gauges.
Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA, FMEA, Control Plan, and SPC.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements is desirable.
Positive documentation and report-preparation skills.
