KPI's
Conduct Voice & Accent training programs for current hires and existing employees.
Deliver sessions on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, accent neutralization, and communication effectiveness.
Assess employee communication skills and identify improvement areas.
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to enhance language proficiency and customer interaction skills.
Develop and update training materials, assessments, and learning resources.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address communication-related performance gaps.
Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records, reports, and performance metrics.
Conduct refresher training and continuous learning initiatives to drive performance improvement.
Ensure alignment with client communication standards and business requirements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
