Key Responsibilities:
Design industrial control panels, power distribution panels, and machine electrical systems.
Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, SLDs, terminal plans, cable schedules, and BOMs.
Select and size electrical components such as breakers, fuses, contactors, relays, transformers, PLCs, and power supplies.
Perform load calculations, cable sizing, protection coordination, and SCCR analysis.
Ensure compliance with UL 508A standards.
Support testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing, and engineering change management (ECR/ECO/ECN).
Coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
