Solid hands-on experience in inbound, Outbound, Storage, Picking, packing,
and dispatch operations.
Experience managing large-scale warehouses of 2 Lakh+ sq. ft.
Proven team handling and shift management experience.
Robust knowledge of
FIFO, Kaizen, problem-solving and warehouse process improvement
.
Working knowledge of
WMS / ERP systems is mandatory.
Candidates should be based locally or reside in nearby areas of Luhari and be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on warehouse operations qualified with strong cold-chain/cold-storage exposure and experience managing large teams and high-volume warehouse operations.
