Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot ESXi, vCenter, vSAN,



and VxRail environments.
Manage VxRail cluster bring-up, node addition, expansion, scaling, and lifecycle upgrades.
Manage Dell hardware replacement, iDRAC, firmware, networking, and hardware health.
Troubleshoot complex performance, connectivity, hardware, HA, storage, and cluster issues.
Handle L3 escalations and production incidents.
Support DR strategies including SRM and RecoverPoint.
Monitor settings using vRealize/Aria Operations or equivalent.
Maintain runbooks, as-built documentation, and RCA reports.
Collaborate with network, storage, and virtualization teams.
Mentor L1/L2 engineers.

Preferred
VMware certifications such as VCP-DCV / VCAP-DCV.
Dell VxRail or PowerEdge certifications.
2-node/ROBO and stretched cluster experience.
vSphere Tanzu / Kubernetes on VxRail.
SmartFabric Services and Dell PowerSwitch.
GPU/V-series nodes and NVIDIA vGPU.
SRM, RecoverPoint, and vRealize/Aria Operations experience.

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
