Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations and inventory.
Check physical stock against system records for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, inventory, and fulfilment processes.
Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor manpower, productivity, and operational performance.
Use Excel and WMS for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Prepare audit reports covering inventory, safety, manpower, and operations.
Coordinate with B2B, logistics, and inventory teams.
Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Train warehouse staff on SOPs and best practices.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Requirements
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or e-commerce.
Knowledge of audit, compliance, and operational processes.
Hands-on experience with WMS.
Solid MS Excel and data analysis skills.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and train warehouse teams.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
