Identify why videos are performing or underperforming.
Prepare easy weekly performance reports.
Find podcast clips that can become Shorts.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple YouTube assets.
Experiment with titles, thumbnails, formats and topics.

Understands YouTube beyond simply watching videos.
Is interested in thumbnails, titles and analytics.
Knows what makes people click.
Has basic knowledge of YouTube Studio.
Understands CTR, retention and watch time.
Can research competitors and content trends.
Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus.
Ideal candidate: Someone who can look at a YouTube thumbnail and immediately tell you, “This won't get clicked.”
