We're looking for an experienced Zendesk Developer to help build, customize, and administer our Zendesk implementation. This starts as a part time contract engagement with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on fit and business need.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Zendesk experience, spanning both development and administration
Strong knowledge of the Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and Sunshine platform for custom app development
Proficiency with Zendesk APIs (REST and GraphQL)



and JavaScript/Node.js
Hands-on experience with Zendesk Support administration: triggers, automations, macros, business rules, SLAs, and views
Experience configuring ticket forms, fields, and multi-brand / multi-channel routing
Familiarity with Zendesk Guide (knowledge base setup and customization) and Zendesk Talk (as applicable)
Experience with user role and permission management, groups, and organizations
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in an async, remote setup

Nice to Have
Experience integrating Zendesk with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience with Zendesk Sell or Explore (reporting/analytics)
Prior work in a consulting or client-facing workplace
