Role & responsibilities An Airtel Fibre Job Vacancy for an HDO Wireman involves assisting with fiber-optic cable laying, routing, and basic broadband equipment setup at customer premises.

Key Responsibilities
Installation Support: Assist HDO engineers with setting up Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections, Wi-Fi routers, and ONT/ONU equipment.
Wiring & Laying: Perform fiber cable laying, routing, and basic indoor/outdoor cable wiring.
Basic Troubleshooting: Support initial connection testing, equipment checks, and minor signal troubleshooting.
Safety & Tools: Ensure proper handling of installation toolkits, materials, and adherence to in office safety rules.
Coordination: Work closely with the assigned HDO Engineer to complete daily dispatch targets and report updates.

Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (High School) or ITI qualification.
Age Limit:



Generally up to 35 years.
Bike / Driving License: Typically not required for the Wireman role (unlike the HDO Engineer position).
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior basic background in electrical, telecom, or cable networks is preferred.

Salary & Perks
CTC Range: Approximately 13,000 to 20,000 per month (varies by region/project) plus performance incentives.
