Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting
Experience with workflows, scheduled functions, Blueprint rules, and webhooks
Experience developing custom applications using Zoho Creator
API & Integrations
Strong experience integrating Zoho with:
Third-party applications
ERP systems
Payment gateways
Databases
Positive knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks
Understanding of OAuth 2.0
Hands-on experience with Zoho Flow
Web Technologies

Experience developing custom widgets and portal interfaces
Database & Analytics
Strong understanding of relational data modeling
Experience with complex Deluge queries
Experience creating multi-table reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, validation rules, and assignment rules
Develop automated workflows, alerts, and business processes
Write clean and maintainable Deluge scripts
Develop custom widgets and extend native Zoho functionality
Build and maintain third-party integrations and API-based solutions
Perform data migration, deduplication, and system backups
Troubleshoot script errors, API failures, synchronization issues, and performance problems
Work with functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of continuous Zoho development experience
Education: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA – Computer Science or related discipline
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator certification will be an added advantage
