Job Description: We are looking for responsible and hardworking Pest Control Technicians to join our team. The technician will be responsible for visiting residential and commercial locations, inspecting pest-related issues, carrying out pest control treatments safely and effectively, and providing positive customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations as per the assigned schedule.
Inspect premises and identify pest infestations and potential pest-entry points.
Carry out pest control treatments for cockroaches, ants, termites, mosquitoes, rodents, and other common pests.
Use pest control equipment, chemicals, and safety gear properly.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing treatments.
Explain treatment procedures and basic preventive measures to customers.
Maintain proper records of completed services and customer feedback.
Keep equipment and work areas clean and properly maintained.
Handle customers professionally and courteously.
Report any major infestation, safety issue, or technical problem to the supervisor.
Follow assigned routes, schedules, and service instructions.
RequirementsPrevious pest control experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to work at different customer locations.
Basic communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to follow safety instructions and company procedures.
Physically fit and comfortable working in different settings.
Two-wheeler driving experience/license is preferred.
