Candidates with experience in B2C Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Handling, or Lead Conversion will be preferred
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain our courses and programs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Generate, follow up, and manage leads through calls and other communication channels.
Convert interested leads into successful admissions/sales.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Build a good relationship with customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Follow up with old, current, and interested leads for closure.
