Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers.
Generate current leads and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell company products/services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer base.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Submit regular sales and field-visit reports to the reporting manager.
Compensation will be linked to the achievement of assigned sales targets.
