Job DescriptionI-Scoot Motors India LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, taxation and related documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Handle Tally Prime/ERP and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
Manage GST-related entries, returns and reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions and related compliance.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Track vendor/customer outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Prepare monthly reports, ledgers and financial statements.
Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, receipts and supporting documents.
Coordinate with vendors, dealers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Assist management with MIS reports and financial data.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and statutory requirements.
Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and TDS.
Positive command of MS Excel.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Robust numerical and analytical skills.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in automobile/EV/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Preferred CandidateB.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, Tally and Excel preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
