Candidate Requirements2–3 years of experience in the home loan, mortgage loan, or banking industry.
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of loan documentation, banking procedures, and loan processing.
Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, email, and office applications.
Ability to manage multiple customer files and follow-ups efficiently.
Must be comfortable working from the office.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to home loans and mortgage loans.
Maintain robust relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
Collect, verify, and maintain customer KYC and loan documents.
Follow up on loan applications, sanctions, and disbursements.
Update customers regularly regarding loan application status.
Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
