Key Responsibilities:Assist skilled workers in motor winding and production activities.
Handle and arrange copper wires, coils, insulation materials, and other production materials.
Support loading, unloading, shifting, and handling of motor components.
Assist in inserting, arranging, and securing winding materials as instructed.
Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping of the work area and machines.
Follow instructions given by supervisors and production staff.
