Noida's biggest nursery garden is looking for a Sales & E-commerce Manager to run our online store and support day-to-day nursery operations. If you love plants and nature and are comfortable with online selling, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
Manage the online store (Shopify) and product listings
Coordinate with the technical team
Handle customer enquiries and orders
Manage dispatch, delivery issues and courier services
Create video content for social media
Track nursery stock, inventory and maintenance
Guide and manage junior staff
Prepare Excel reports and handle admin work
Requirements
Good English and Hindi
Valuable communication skills
Internet savvy
Excellent knowledge of Excel, stock inventory and barcoding
Love for plants and nature
