Responsible for providing on site service (customers home), repair, preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and technical support for Maeka water systems.
Key Duties:
Attend service calls and customer visits assigned through CRM.
Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Update service reports, jobsheets, observations and work in CRM.
Maintain tools and spare parts provided by the company.
Coordinate with the support team and follow Maeka service standards.
