Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential students/parents.
Explain our courses, programs and services clearly.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Maintain proper records of calls and leads.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counselling/admission team when required.
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience is mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and qualified communication over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
Candidates from the education/telecalling industry will be preferred.
