Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the production schedule on machine one day before
Achieve the planned parts volume as per the daily schedule
Do the setup approval as per the setup sheet
Analyse the program data/parameters as per the material and tools in advance
Read the programs and verify before running actual parts
Do the setup time reduction by arranging the tools and fixtures required for next job
Do offline setup for improving the OEE
Arranging next job programming, tool list, setup sheets in advance
