We are looking for an experienced and skilled Watchmaker / Swiss Watch Repair Technician with solid technical knowledge of watches, particularly Swiss-made mechanical and automatic watches.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in watch servicing, movement repair, troubleshooting, dismantling and reassembly, and should be capable of diagnosing and resolving mechanical and movement-related issues with high precision.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and automatic watches.
Dismantle and reassemble watch movements carefully and accurately.
Service and maintain Swiss-made watch movements.
Clean, lubricate and inspect movement components.
Identify damaged, worn-out or defective movement components.
Repair or replace components wherever required.




Troubleshoot issues related to the movement, winding system, gear train, escapement and regulating system.
Work on crown, stem, winding and date/day mechanisms.
Perform movement regulation and accuracy adjustments.
Check watch functionality after servicing and repair.
Handle delicate watch components using appropriate skilled tools.
Maintain proper service records and document repair/service work.
Ensure every watch is handled with care and meets required quality standards.
Coordinate regarding spare parts, components and technical requirements when necessary.
